Juicy pear layered on a meringue and whipped cream pavlova make up this inaugural fragrance from French Cowboy, the new brand created by perfumer and Ministry of Scent alum, Ashley Santiago, and her partner in perfume and life, Adrien Ollat. Pear Pavlova was co-created with Allie Goodbun, a Canadian dancer starring at the Moulin Rouge cabaret in Paris.

The fragrance opens with pink peppercorn and bitter almond for added fruity freshness. Jasmine Sambac provides the rich, radiant floral in the heart and ambrette seed absolute creates a fluffy, musky drydown.
