Cancellation policy

Life happens.

We are very flexible and receptive to any concerns/needs you have. Please send an email to heather@centeredscents.com if you need to cancel your order (prior to shipping) and receive a full refund or store credit (your choice!) for any reason. 

Once your order has shipped and has a tracking number we cannot cancel it nor refund it. Order confirmations and shipping notices are sent to the email address associated with your shop account and sometimes end up in your spam folder.
