Cancellation policy

Life happens.

We are very flexible and receptive to any concerns/needs you have. Please send an email to heather@centeredscents.com if you need to cancel your order (prior to shipping) and receive a full refund or store credit (your choice!) for any reason prior to shipping. You will receive email order confirmations and shipping confirmations to the email you use to log into your Shop account. 

Once your order has shipped and has a tracking number we cannot cancel it nor refund it. Order confirmations and shipping notices are sent to the email address associated with your shop account and sometimes end up in your spam folder. Check your spam folder and if you still don’t see your email confirmations, check the email address you use for your Shop account and to log into your Centered Scents account. Sometimes we all type in email addresses wrong and sometimes they get saved incorrectly.
