Shipping policy
June and July shipping policy: up to 21 days processing time from the date you placed your order before you receive a shipping confirmation. I don’t expect processing times to be THAT long but they may be. Thank you for your oatience during this transition and major relocation.
I expect to reopen the site for shopping on 6/22 - however - orders placed during our relocation/moving period (6/22 to 7/1) will not ship out until the first or second week of July 2026. Orders placed during this time period may take up to 21 days before you receive a shipping notification.
Products marked pre-order may take longer (up to 60 days) before they ship out to you due to the pre-order status as indicated on the oriduct.

We ship/process your order typically within 10 business days of you placing your order. The ship date is not the same date as your delivery date, which is determined by the shipping carrier. By law, fragrances must be shipped only using ground transportation due to their flammable nature. Once a package is picked up by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the package and its contents. Any lost packages must be brought to the attention of the carrier and you must file a claim through the carrier. Shipping insurance is offered at checkout as an optional protection against lost or stolen packages.
