Shipping policy

Shipping can take up to 21 days processing time from the date you placed your order before you receive a shipping confirmation via email to the email address associated with your Shop account. Pre-order items may take longer than 21 days due to pre-order status. 

Report any missing/lost packages to USPS within 48 hours of USPS status marked delivered. You must file a missing package claim - I cannot do that for you. 

Products marked pre-order may take longer (up to 60 days) before they ship out to you due to the pre-order status as indicated on the oriduct.

We ship/process your order typically within 5-21 business days of you placing your order. The ship date is not the same date as your delivery date, which is determined by the shipping carrier.  

By law, fragrances must be shipped only using ground transportation due to their flammable nature.

Once a package is picked up by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the package and its contents. Centered Scents is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier and will not replace or refund items lost by USPS/UPS/Fedex.  Any lost packages must be brought to the attention of the carrier and you must file a missing package claim through the carrier with 48 hours of the package being marked delivered.
