Refund policy

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances.

Once I drop off your package with the shipping partner, the shipping partner becomes responsible for the package. Centered Scents is not responsible for damaged packages, lost packages, or package theft. 

If the damage is due to shipping carrier mishandling (broken bottles, crushed package, lost package) you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you purchased optional Navidum shipping insurance, please file a claim through Navidum. If you need any info from me to support filing your claim with the carrier or shipping insurance, please send me an email.
