French Cowboy's description of this fragrance: "Fig Lemonade is built around the dream of true juicy lemon, finally cast as the star. It opens with a luminous Italian lemon oil, but the secret lies in pairing it with an exceptional and exclusive bergamot integrale from Calabria: a rare quality that carries heart notes within it, where citruses are normally fleeting top notes. This gives the lemonade a delicate citrus floralcy and, more remarkably, keeps the lemon sparkling and singing for hours. The result is a lemonade accord of unusual complexity: fizzy, juicy, and sweet, capturing that true fresh lemon so rarely showcased as the main character in perfumery. It is truly summer and Dolce Vita bottled" 

This brightness is contrasted with a fig and fig leaf accord. Fig leaf is not available as a natural raw material, so we built an accord with buchu leaf from South Africa, prized for its juicy green leafiness. Buchu Oil brings an intense herbaceous, minty character, with camphor and fruity facets and even a blackcurrant nuance. A touch of cedarwood oil from Virginia completes the accord, lending the green milkiness found in true fig leaf" (www.frenchcowboy.com).
